04 I want to sell my land or house. How will you promote it?

We can photograph your property, prepare a video tour and promote it on social media to reach potential buyers. We also advise you on preparing the property and your documents before it goes on the market.

05 What documents do I need to sell my property?

Usually the land ownership certificate (Lalpurja), the citizenship certificates of the owners, recent land tax receipts and the survey map of the plot. For a house, building permit documents are also useful. We help you check exactly what is needed for your property.

06 Will you check the property’s documents before I buy?

Yes. We help check ownership documents and coordinate the steps of the transfer process. Where legal advice is needed, we coordinate with qualified legal professionals.

07 Can you help me build a house?

Yes. Through our home construction and development service, we connect you with builders and construction professionals and help coordinate between you and the construction team.

08 Do you give advice on property investment?

We share guidance on location, market considerations and potential long-term value so you can make an informed decision. The final investment decision is always yours.
